Need an excellent local lender? HIGHLY recommend these brokers. Excellent with first time buyers and experienced homeowners and investors. It may seem counterintuitive to you that your own bank won’t give you good service on a mortgage, but in my experience, they really are not always the best. Often a broker has access to literally hundreds of investor options to provide options and excellent service …whereas your own back may make a mortgage, but only on their own terms. Save yourself the headaches and wasted time & money, and start here rather than with anyone else. You need good service. And you need local.
