Need an excellent local lender? HIGHLY recommend this broker. He’s had to clean up others messes and take over when the big banks don’t get it done. It may seem counterintuitive to you that your own bank won’t give you good service on a mortgage, but in my experience, they really do not. Could be that the big ones are so busy with their enormous foreclosure lists that they can’t devote much customer service to new mortgages. I’m not certain why, but I have found it to be so each time. Save yourself the headaches and wasted time & money, and just start here rather than with anyone else. You need good service. And you need local.
