Although I specialize in Downtown’s historic and university neighborhoods and vintage homes, I also team with developers on innovative infill projects.  I work tirelessly with buyers to find the perfect property for them. I work equally well with sellers, determining value, marketing the property in advance to my many interested buyers and investors, and then through various online sites, print media, MLS and open houses.

My motto is “Be the First to See It” and I make good on that promise, searching for property, previewing, getting my clients in (and their offers in!) sometimes before anyone else is awake!
